Zeon is a sports team wear supplier with a fantastic history and a huge global customer base. They engaged with me as their traditional sales process began to slow. They recognized that they needed to innovate in this area to carry on competing and reaching their audience.
I worked with Zeon’s management team to create a new inbound sales process. Starting with a complete re-design of their website, we then looked at the user journey from initial contact to end sale. I designed sales funnels around this process, automating the initial funnel stages using digital marketing to allow Zeon to do what they do best, engage with teams and design great kit.
The results have been spectacular. A huge uplift in inbound leads and sales, along with a complete change in the perception of their brand with a sound community following and brand ambassadors providing constant feedback on their product, Zeon are now moving forward into new markets with a very solid foundation for growth.
